Anthony Neuberger is Emeritus Professor of Finance at the Cass Business School, City, University of London. He has published frequently on financial markets, financial derivatives and pensions policy. He started his career in the UK Civil Service where he was a member of the Central Policy Review Staff (“the Think Tank”) under Lord Rothschild in the Cabinet Office. He worked for the Department of Energy before taking up academic positions at the London Business School and Warwick University.
